It would be nice to have some support for "re-open nominations" (RON) or "none of the above" (NOTA). Configurable options should include:

  • Guard RON from exclusion
  • Terminate count when RON is elected
  • Distribute RON surplus votes to RON2, RON3, etc.
  • Guard RON2, RON3, etc. unless/until RON surplus is transferred
